A vision board is a collage of pictures, trinkets, note cards with inspirational quotes, + whatever else that represents not only the life you want to live , but also how you wish to feel. Oh, andYES they do really work!
Because it is a physical representation of the life you dream of, the energy of that thing will more likely be in your awareness throughout your day. So just think about the things you’d like to look at every day + what will inspire you. Especially on those not so inspiring days. It can represent specific aspects of certain areas of your life, or it can be an embodiment of every goal you may have. When you continue to give your attention to the things your want, you attract those things into your life. If you don’t believe this to be true well just keep reading!

What matters most is that you manually create it + it excites you when you look at it! So think about what your goals are in the following areas: relationships, career and finances, home, travel, personal growth (including spirituality, social life, education) and health.
Once you’ve gathered your vision pieces, you’ll also need a bulletin/poster board, along with scissors, + glue. I used canvas, craft paper to cover it + I divided it into 3 sections. You can see more below! You can also purchase pin boards on etsy There is also a popular area on Pinterest for creating a digital vision board. Some people like to make smaller vision boards that they can take with them. You can put it in your planner. The Ladypreneur Life Organizerhas a spread in the front of the book for goals. This is the perfect place to attach your mini vision board. You have your hands on our planner daily so it is easy to flip to your vision board spread in the front of the book! When it is time to put it all together be sure to set aside an hour or so in a quiet space to concentrate. Clear your mind + your space and visualize your life. It doesn’t have to be perfect and can always be a work in progress. Done is better than perfect! It’s important to have it in view. If it is a larger board, maybe place it on the wall in an office, inside a closet door, or on your refrigerator. Don’t feel like you need to stare at it all day, but it does need to be in a place where you will encounter it on a daily basis

Once you define your goals + created your vision board, now you simply look at it often, and trust that opportunities will manifest. You can’t just create this vision and expect for to to manifest, you have to act and live it.

act in spite of anything
Trust every thing you truly desire will come to you. Remember to hold the images in your awareness daily. When opportunities present themselves you do not just sit back, you take action! When you literally make your dreams come to life you’ll know why
How often should you update it? Whenever you feel you need to. Some like to leave blank spots to fill in as they reveal new goals + dreams.
Now get to it! Remember it doesn’t have to be perfect + try not to compare your unique vision board to others. Always have fun, be open, + the universe may certainly surprise you!
